Transfer of non-exclusive rights to software, performance of work to update the network infrastructure in a hyperconverged computing infrastructure in a secure version based on RUSTEC software for the needs of the Federal State Budgetary Institution AMP of the Primorsky Territory and the Eastern Arctic.
Name of lot: - The Contractor undertakes, provide rights to use computer programs under a simple (non-exclusive) license in accordance with the sublicense agreement (Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement), perform work to update the network infrastructure in the hyperconverged computing infrastructure in a secure manner based on RUSTEC software in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the contract Technical specifications in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the contract Price table on the terms and within the time period established by the contract.
