- The seller-s PDO (by type of sale without announcing a price) in electronic form is an invitation to make an offer, as a competitive form of sale of a non-core asset, in which the price of the property is not determined, but the minimum economic value is determined the appropriate size of the price for the alienation of property (hereinafter referred to as the sale procedure, the PDO procedure). A non-core asset can be sold at the maximum price proposed by the participants in the sale, but not lower than the minimum value of the economically feasible size property alienation prices. The initial contract price in the PDO procedure on the Fabrikant ETP is the minimum value of the economically feasible size of the property alienation price.
