The Supplier undertakes, at the Customer-s request, to supply electrical energy metering devices in accordance with Appendix No. 1 Characteristics of the supplied goods to the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the goods) for the Customer-s needs, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay properly goods delivered on time and according to the terms of the contract.
