Description:
1.1. The Contractor undertakes, in accordance with the Technical Specifications (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement), to carry out work on major repairs (replacement) of the entrance gates of the garages of the Mechanization and Motor Transport Service (SM&T) of the joint venture KTS on the street. Pendrie, 18, Customer (hereinafter referred to as - Work), as well as deliver the Work Result to the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to create for the Contractor the conditions specified in the Contract for the performance of the Work, accept the Work Result and pay the Contract Price. 1.2. The scope of Work under the Contract is determined by the Bill of Quantities (Appendix No. 1.1 to the Terms of Reference). Work under the Contract must be performed by the Contractor in strict accordance with the requirements of Applicable Law and the instructions of the Customer. 1.3. Work under the Contract is performed for the needs of the Customer-s structural unit Komsomolsk heating networks. 1.4. Place of Work: Garage gates of the Mechanization and Motor Transport Service (SM&T) of JV KTS on the street. Pendrie, 18 (Inv. No.IA000000000000000811). 1.5. The work is performed by the Contractor within the following terms: 1.5.1. start of Work: from dates of signing the Agreement; 1.5.2. Completion of Work: December 30, 2025
