In order to determine the key purchase parameters, we ask you to send a technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as TKP) for the repair of the boiler unit, Articles 3,4,6,7,8,8,9, VK-1 Chelyabinsk TPP-2 in 2026 in accordance with the attached work and documentation. In the TKP, it is necessary to indicate the duration of the proposal. The statements of the work can be found in the application to the letter. Please send the TKP until 08.08.2025 (inclusive) to the head of the estimated center of PJSC Forward Energo Pushkareva Polina Alekseevna to the email address SmetaCentre@frwd.energy.
