Comments: - Detailed description of the subject of purchase and delivery conditions are indicated in the procurement documentation and the contract, the technical task, questionnaires.
The participant has the right to prepare and submit an alternative offer (when specifying such an opportunity in a notification published in the system), which may concern both commercial and technical aspects of the products offered (in accordance with paragraph 4.1.2. Procurement documentation).
