Body armor and armored clothing Non-application of requirements: The purchase of goods not related to the goods and software specified in positions 17, 21, 27, 35, 140, 141, 144 and 146 of Appendix No. 1 to this resolution is carried out in one of the following cases:
initial (maximum) contract price (initial (maximum) contract price), maximum contract price (maximum contract price) or contract price concluded with a single supplier (contractor, performer) (price concluded with a single supplier (performer, contractor) of the contract), does not exceed 1 million rubles, and at the same time, none of the unit prices used in determining such prices exceeds 300 thousand rubles;
none of those used in determining the initial (maximum) contract price (initial (maximum) contract price) or the price of a contract concluded with a single supplier (contractor, performer) (the price of a contract concluded with a single supplier (performer, contractor), the price of a unit of goods does not exceed 300 thousand rubles and at the same time the product of each price of a unit of goods by the quantity of such goods does not exceed 1 million rubles.
