In order to determine the key procurement parameters, we ask you to send a technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as the TCP) for the provision of services for the provision of rental vehicles with a crew for the Volga Electric Power Plant of the Alternative Energy branch of PJSC Forward Energy. In the TCP, please indicate the cost of the work, with the application Calculation of the price of services (template to fill out in the attachment) in Excel and scanned. Information about the request can be found in the attachments to the letter.
