Description:
1.1. The customer entrusts, and the contractor assumes the obligation to carry out repair work on the preparation of the installation site of the external gas boiler of the garage box heating, at the address: Orenburg region, Mednogorsk, ul. Motor, 1A, according to the technical specifications (Appendix No. 2 to this agreement) in accordance with local estimated calculation (Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement) in the specified in clause 3.1. This agreement is the deadline, and the customer undertakes to accept the result of the work and pay it. 1.2. The contractor undertakes to carry out all the work specified in paragraph 1.1 of this Agreement by its own forces, or with the involvement of third parties. 1.3. All the necessary material for the performance of the work specified in clause 1.1 is purchased by the contractor.
