Comments: - The commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as the commercial proposal) must be drawn up on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the loading documentation.
The commercial proposal must indicate:
1) The cost of goods and materials with VAT, including packaging. The cost should be final, firm, include all additional. expenses (packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) Products must be new, not used, not remanufactured, not be an exhibition sample, free from the rights of third parties.
3) the validity period of the commercial proposal.
4) - participants who have not attached the Commercial offer on the company's letterhead to the documents are not accepted for consideration
