Description:
1.1. The Customer instructs, and the Contractor undertakes, to carry out work to modernize the production facility of the equipment building at the deep drawing section of the TsPNVA. Stage No. 2 - installation of a concrete floor, at the address: Orenburg region, Mednogorsk, st. Motornaya, 1a according to technical assignments (Appendix No. 2 to this agreement) in accordance with the local estimate (Appendix No. 1 to this agreement) as specified in clause 3.1. term of this contract, and the Customer undertakes to accept the result of the work and pay for it. 1.2. The Contractor undertakes to perform all work specified in clause 1.1 of this Agreement, either on our own or with the involvement of third parties. 1.3. All necessary material to perform the work specified in clause 1.1 is purchased Contractor.
