- 1. The Supplier undertakes, in the manner and within the terms established by the Agreement, to supply and transfer ownership to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for grade D coal (coal fractions 25-50 mm) in accordance with the Technical Requirements in quantity 1000,000 tons; 2. Place of delivery of goods: berth of section No. 1 of the water area of the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (with loading of goods onto the Buyer-s vehicles). 3. The supply of Goods under the Agreement is carried out to meet the needs of the generation facilities of the PJSC branch Kamchatskenergo Utility Energy; 4. The total delivery time is January 2026.
