To participate in the request of proposals, it is necessary to accredit the GC Metalloinvest (for non-accredited companies), as well as to prepare a technical and commercial offer (hereinafter referred to as TCP), given the requirements specified in the technical specifications number 88 / 06-2020. The TCP must be paraffin on each page. The validity period of the TCP should be at least 30 (thirty) calendar days.
