To participate in the request of proposals it is necessary to take accreditation of Metalloinvest GC (for non-accredited companies), as well as to prepare a technical and commercial offer (hereinafter referred to as TCP), given the requirements specified in the technical specifications number 88 / 04-2021. The TCP must be paraffin on each page. The validity period of the TCP should be at least 30 (thirty) calendar days.
At this stage, a request for proposals is carried out in order to familiarize the TCP of participants, consideration and identifying the most favorable conditions.
