- Carrying out work to carry out maintenance and scheduled preventative repairs of automatic fire alarm systems, as well as warning and control systems for people in case of fire at the facilities of JSC MEZ Uralelectro. 1.1. The customer instructs and The Contractor undertakes to carry out maintenance work (MRO) and scheduled preventative repair (PPR) of automatic fire alarm systems (AFS) and warning and control systems for people in case of fire (SOUE) at facilities of JSC MEZ Uralelectro (Appendix No. 1 to this agreement), and the Customer undertakes to accept the result of the work and pay for it. 1.2. Maintenance and repair work includes the following types of work: - monthly external inspection and check of the functionality of automatic fire alarm installations and warning and evacuation control systems; - elimination of malfunctions when identified during maintenance until the APS and SOUE are fully operational; - carrying out the necessary preventive work, necessary to maintain systems in working order; - providing technical assistance to the customer in the operation of APS and SOUE systems; - development of technical recommendations to improve the operation of the system and the possibility of its modernization; - consulting the Customer as part of the review of design documentation for APS and SOUE systems installed at the Customer-s facilities; - training of persons responsible for the operation of APS and SOUE systems at serviced facilities; ...
