The license is connected for organizations from the list of Appendix No. 5 to this Contract. The Licensee grants the Sublicensee a non-exclusive right to use (simple (non-exclusive) license) the computer program (hereinafter referred to as the License) specified in the Specification (Appendix No. 1 to this Contract), on the terms and in the manner provided for by the Contract, and the Sublicensee undertakes to pay The licensee receives the remuneration stipulated by the Contract.
The Licensee guarantees that at the time of signing this Contract he has the necessary rights and authority to grant the Licenses and he is not aware of the rights of third parties that could be violated by the provision Sublicensee of Licenses under this Contract.
The computer program is available in several versions with different functionality. The Licensee provides the Sublicensee with Licenses in the version selected by the Sublicensee when completing the Purchase and specified in Specifications
