The Contractor undertakes to provide equipment disposal services for the Customer in accordance with the List of equipment subject to disposal (Appendix No. 1 to the Contract) (hereinafter referred to as the Services), and the Customer undertakes to pay for them in the manner and on the terms stipulated by the Contract.
