The Customer undertakes to accept the Goods of proper quality and pay it in the manner and on the terms provided for in the Contract. 1.2. The delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the requirements of other regulatory legal acts governing the delivery procedure of this type Products that establish quality requirements for this type of Product, in accordance with the terms of the Contract. 1.3. The Goods supplied must be new Goods, that is, Goods that have not been in use.
