1.1. The Contractor undertakes to carry out work for the Customer on the development of design documentation for the security alarm system (ATS), automatic fire alarm system (AFS), auto... 1.1. The Contractor undertakes to perform for the Customer work on the development of design documentation for a security alarm system (ATS), an automatic fire alarm system (AFS), an automatic fire extinguishing installation (AUPT) and a warning and evacuation control system (SOUE) for people in case of fire (hereinafter referred to as Work) in non-residential premises of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Novosibirsk Region, located at the address: Novosibirsk Region, Barabinsk, st. Ulyanovskaya, 20b, in accordance with the Design Assignment (Appendix No. 1 to the Contract) and submit the result of the Work to the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to accept the result of the Work and pay in the manner and on the terms provided for in the Contract. 1.2. The Work is carried out by the Contractor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the requirements of other regulatory legal acts regulating the procedure for performing this type of Work, establishing quality requirements for this type of Work, in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
